Beim KölnTurm Treppenlauf bezwingst du 39 Etagen, 714 Stufen und 132 Höhenmeter um einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick über die Dächer Kölns zu genießen. Anschließend geht es mit dem Aufzug nach unten, wo du dich ausgiebig feiern lassen kannst!
Du kannst den Turm einzeln oder im 2er-Team bezwingen. Feuerwehr-Teams können in voller Schutzausrüstung mit oder ohne angeschlossenem Atemschutzgerät in der Feuerwehr-Wertung starten. Weitere Infos zur Feuerwehr-Wertung findest du hier.
Egal, wofür du dich entscheidest: Gestartet wird jeweils mit 45 Sekunden Abstand, sodass du deinen Treppenlauf auch genießen kannst!
An alle Neulinge: Trotz all der unterschiedlichen Leistungsklassen haben letztes Jahr 99 % aller Starter das Ziel auch erreicht. Es wird also anstrengend, ist aber absolut machbar!

Der 80-minütige Film von Martin Rosswog ist in einer Roma-Siedlung in dem rumänischen Dorf Vurpar (Burgberg) entstanden. Über mehrere Jahre hat Rosswog den Ort immer wieder besucht und die Bewohner und ihre Häuser in einfühlsamen photographischen Aufnahmen dokumentiert. Der Film widmet sich erneut den unterschiedlichen Familien, er lässt ihre Lebensumstände in unmittelbarer Art und Weise anschaulich werden.
Benefiz-Verkauf
Aus diesem Anlass findet ein Benefiz-Verkauf von zwei ausgewählten Photographien statt, die Martin Rosswog in der Siedlung erstellt hat. Der Erlös wird einer Familie zum Bau ihres Hauses zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die beiden Motive können exklusiv erworben werden, Preis je Motiv Euro 120.

As part of a new pop-up concept, the ALDI SÜD group of companies is opening the first ALDI Bistro. The opening is on 26 April at the Cologne Mediapark. From this starting point, the ALDI Bistro has then opened for a period of three months. Subsequently, further folk sites are planned in Germany.
The name is program in the ALDI Bistro. Instead of confusing menu cards, there is a daily menu, consisting of starter, main course and dessert, at a unit price of 7.99 euros, according to the simple principle of the discounters.
The individual courses can also be purchased separately. The main course has three options: a fish meat or a vegetarian dish. All ingredients are from the ALDI range. The popular ALDI coffee from the in-house roastery as well as selected wines from the range complete the kitchen. Focus on freshness and quality The ALDI Bistro is part of ALDI’s “Simple is More” campaign launched last September.
With the Bistro, the company group is now stepping up its expertise as a provider of freshness and quality at an excellent price-performance ratio. “For our bistro, we have chosen a central place in a large city because we wanted to create a meeting place for everyone – young and old.
The bistro is intended to strengthen the loyalty of the customers to the ALDI brand, “explains Sandra Sibylle Schoofs, Director Marketing at ALDI SÜD. “The TV and streetfood chef Robert Marx will be responsible for the creation of the menus. In doing so, delicious dishes are to be created that are quite straightforward in the sense of the ALDI SOUTH values, but enjoyable and of high quality. ”
Ship containers on two floors The architecture of the ALDI bistro is also simple and attractive at the same time. Eight shipcontainers form on two floors a total area of 90 square meters, which combines industrial upcycling charm with modern details and comfort. Large windows and vintage furniture combine ease with urbanity.
The colorfully discreet exterior façade with an integrated ALDI logo provides a great insight into the restaurant from the outside. In the bistro there is room for a total of 50 guests. During the three-month opening phase of the ALDI bistros, visitors to Cologne will be able to look forward to many great highlights: “Let’s go on April 26th with a great opening ceremony, which is musically accompanied by the Berlin rapper Fargo,” explains Sandra Sibylle Schoofs. The young artist has already recorded a song for ALDI as part of the campaign “Einfach ist mehr”, which he also performed at an ALDI SOUTH store concert last February.
“As part of the ALDI bistros, many other great events will follow in the future as well: a wine and grille event, as well as events relating to fitness and nutrition as well as special events, for example for our little guests.”
